Потом Ron переехал в Maryland и начал работать над материалом для следующего CD. В это время Tony Laureno был занят другими проектами, поэтому на его место был взят Derek Roddy. При этом Derek участвовал во многих записях, в это время, например, в Malevolent Creation's "In Cold Blood". С группой сотрудничал также басист Jason Ian-Vaughn Eckert. Так, в октябре-ноябре 1997 года был записан новый CD "Praise the Archaic Lights Embrace". И снова запись и выпуск диска оплачивает сама группа из-за того, что предложения, полученные ране, не были выгодными. CD снова штурмует мировую метал сцену и продаётся буквально за несколько месяцев.
