Спустя тринадцать лет с момента выхода дебютного альбома Novembers Doom "Amid Its Hallowed Mirth" и ухода Николсона из группы, основатель Пол и сам Стив воссоединились, чтобы создать нечто новое. С помощью друзей-музыкантов, поддерживающих Стива и Пола в данной идее, для группы был выбран музыкальный стиль; оформляется материал, который музыканты сразу же отправляют в первый мини-альбом "Who Manifest". Однако группа оттягивала время с записью до тех пор, пока музыка и все её составляющие детали не были полностью готовы к выпуску. Запись, сведение и мастеринг проходили в студии под руководством Криса "Виско" Дьюрисика. Релиз состоялся 12 мая 2009 года.
