Один из лучших дисков этого замечательного коллектива из Великобритании. Кто не знает: CATHEDRAL играет дум-метал, причем вокалом в нем заведует сам Ли Дориан, самый первый вокалистов грайнд-богов NAPALM DEATH. Если первый альбом Собора представлял собой психопатический ультрамедленный дум (наверное, так получилось из-за того, что Ли приходилось бешено орать в Напалме), то второй представляет из себя самую первую модификацию классического (!!!) дума, а точнее groove или stoner rock (кому как больше нравится). По композиционной структуре альбом сильно напоминает некоторые вещи «сабсов» (например, “Sabbra Cadabra”), но, конечно, материал гораздо более тяжелый, а соло, к сожалению, гораздо меньше. Вокал Ли очень неплохо подходит к музыке, но в некоторых вещах он звучит не совсем к месту. Из песен особо хочу отметить “Ride”, “Midnight Mountain”, “Fountain Of Innocence” и, конечно, финальную “Imprisoned In Flesh” – что-то вроде outro. Итог: всем думстерам слушать обязательно, остальным – желательно.
