В 2014 году группа Corrosion Of Conformity, или кратко C.O.C., отмечает тридцатилетие выхода дебютного альбома, который получил в качестве названия высказывание, известное как „принцип талиона“ - „Eye For An Eye“, то есть „Око за око“. До его выхода, группа уже существовала около двух лет и часто выступала на одной сцене с более или менее известными хард-кор группами - Black Flag, D.R.I., G.B.H, Void, The Faith, Youth Brigade, Mental Crisis, Saccharine Trust, Slip It In, No Labels, Tales of Terror, как в родной Северной Каролине, так и за её пределами.
