Последний альбом "Тёмного Ангела" до указанных перлов не дотягивает (правда, всего лишь чуть-чуть), видимо после уже упомянутого творения Heathen ’91 знакомиться с «Time Does Not Heal» не стоит. Ибо с удивлением и разочарованием приходится установить, что у "Язычников" всё это было и даже звучало ярче. Честное слово, обидно, так как сам по себе альбом – один из самых вкусных продуктов, которые выдал на гора увядающий американский thrash metal. И хорошо в нём практически всё: конкретный риффинг, напор, толстый звук, зрелые сложные композиции, драматика в голосе Рейнхарта.
