В январе 1999-го команда гастролировала в Чехии, а затем добралась до Парижа, где отыграла концерт, ставший для нее последним. Сиджан распустил группу, основав новый проект "Spineless", а Точа и Джаро подались в "Coffee grinder". Но на этом история "Dead infection" не закончилась: в 2001-м вышел сборник EPшников "Dead singles collection", а еще через год Сиджан возвестил о возрождении проекта.
