Швейцарские хеви металлеры Emerald бороздят просторы стиля с 1995 года, а рассматриваемая работа их 6-й по счёту студийный диск. Увы, но играют ребята крайне посредственно, не чувствуется в них уверенности и выверенности инструментальных партий, ещё и звук достаточно слабенький. В мелодическом плане их штормит то в сторону классического NWOBHM в духе Iron Maiden, то вовсе в сторону тевтонского хеви-пауэра а-ля Rebellion. Вокалист соответственно нечто среднее между Дикинсоном и Зайфертом, в принципе весьма неплох, но в гуще серого материала теряется и не вызывает никаких эмоций. Хитов нет, есть парочка интересных мелодических фрагментов, но в целом, пластинка проносится мимо уха и на второй и третий раз прослушивания. Работа исключительно для фанатов хеви повера.
