Вообще, "Torment" (с обложкой, изображающей какого-то Некроморфа из Dead Space) умело балансирует между сдержанностью в партиях (как у Obituary), создавая мрачную атмосферу смерти, и более классическим скоростным дэтом, когда на вас вдруг спускают всех псов ада. Другое дело, что ничего оригинального здесь нет, и рано или поздно наступает скука. Six Feet Under относятся к тем группам, чей саунд не претерпел особой эволюции, и, ознакомившись с одним альбомом, вы можете сказать, что знаете всю дискографию.
