Решение выступать исключительно в клубах с концертными роялями, принятое перед японским туром в ноябре 2007, имело долгосрочный эффект. И хотя это не всегда практично с позиции звука, настоящее фортепиано всегда будет более предпочтительным инструментом для такого исполнителя, который стремится наиполнейшим образом отразить все нюансы произведения. Я играл в Токио три вечера подряд, и определенная часть аудитории посещала все эти концерты; именно во время этого тура, я чувствовал необходимость пересмотреть весь свой каталог и представить настолько более широкий набор из всего материала, насколько я только был в состоянии это сделать.
