Норвежская extreme-metal группа Legacy Of Emptiness - это реинкарнация оригинального состава группы Ancestral Legacy. В то время, как группа Ancestral Legacy существует и по сей день в другом составе, Eddie Risdal, а также другие бывшие участники группы Kjell-Ivar Aarli и Oyvind Rosseland летом 2010 года решили перезаписать лучшие треки с ранних демо, вдохнуть в них жизнь, поскольку они были незаслуженно забыты. Трио взяло название Legacy Of Emptiness, поскольку было бы нелогично использовать старое название, ведь состав Ancestral Legacy, а также стиль звучания группы совсем другие по сравнению с тем, как это было 8 лет назад.
