Circle Of Ouroborus - студийный экспериментальный блэк-метал-проект, сформированный в 2004 году на юге Финляндии в городе Тампере. Идея создания проекта принадлежит двум парням: известному инструменталисту, скрывающемуся под псевдонимом Atvar (Verivala, Vordr), и вокалисту Антти Клэми. В год основания парни подготовили и записали семь тем для своей первой демо-ленты "Introitus", лимитированный тираж которого составил всего 69 копий. В 2006 году Circle Of Ouroborus вместе с нидерландцами Urfaust приняли участие в сплит-альбоме "Auerauege Raa Verduistering" от фирмы Target:Earth Productions. Также этот материал был издан звукозаписывающей фирмой Ahdistuksen Aihio Productions тиражом в 500 копий и с другим оформлением.
