Что до музыки, то она фактически не изменилась – это все тот же progressive power, с львиной долей клавишных аранжировок, мощными и скоростными гитарными риффами и сильным вокалом. На сей раз без экспериментов. Альбом записан и сведен без каких-либо нареканий, что неудивительно, так как продюсером в очередной раз выступил лично Олаф Торсен. Данный релиз стал вторым после возвращения в группу вокалиста Фабио Лионе. Фабио спел все партии просто потрясающе, в очередной раз удивив многообразием своей голосовой палитры. Как и в Rhapsody of Fire, его вокал переливается из жестких звуков в чистые и мягкие, придавая каждой мелодии правильные оттенки.
