Вскоре после выхода диска Ян, Мик и Джон отбыли заниматься возрождением «Europe», а образовавшиеся вакансии заняли басист Марсель Якоб («Talisman»), ударник Джейми Боргер («Talisman», «Treat») и клавишник Томас Лассар («Crystal Blue»). Вторая пластинка, скромно озаглавленная «II» в композиторском плане мало отличалась от дебюта, однако саунд-продюс сильно подкачал, за что на головы «LAD» обрушилась лавина критики.
