Летом 2002-го Ханс Медвенич был вынужден покинуть ряды L'Âme Immortelle по состоянию здоровья, а Соня и Томас решили продолжать работать в дуэте. Однако несколько позже к команде в качестве концертного гитариста присоединился Эшли Дэйор, который внес ощутимый вклад в написание песен к новому альбому. В 2002-м L'Âme Immortelle отыграли много европейских концертов и выпустили сингл "Tiefster Winter".
