The album was released after the 2004 movie Napoleon Dynamite featured the Jamiroquai song "Canned Heat" in its climactic dance scene. "Feels Just Like It Should" was the first single, reaching No. 8 in its first week on the UK charts. It has since become a No.1 hit on the Billboard dance charts in the United States. The single was also certified Gold in Japan for selling 100,000 copies. The second single, "Seven Days in Sunny June", was released in the UK in August 2005, peaking at No. 14 on the UK singles chart. The song also featured in the film The Devil Wears Prada. On 7 November 2005, "(Don't) Give Hate A Chance" was released as the third single from the album.

Крепко, стильно, интересно - это если характеризовать в нескольких словах. Конечно, если быть уж совсем дотошным, то здесь можно найти некоторые параллели с коллегами по цеху Covenant (некоторая отстранённая холодность атмосферы нескольких песен) и где-то даже с Depeche Mode (вокальные партии), но я думаю, что все согласятся с тем, что у De/Vision всё равно есть собственный почерк и стиль написания песен. Как мне показалось, на данной работе, музыканты несколько отошли от активного использования "живых" инструментов, уделив больше внимания синтезатору, что, впрочем, вовсе не ухудшает качества музыки, а скорее наоборот возвращает нас к тому материалу, с которого ребята начинали свой творческий путь, с поправкой на время, разумеется. Это умная, красивая и интересная поп-музыка, к которой можно смело добавить приставку "intelligent". Я употребил здесь термин "поп-музыка" немного условно, поскольку данный продукт очень сильно разнится с тем, что крутится по музыкальным каналам и что музыкой можно назвать лишь с очень большой натяжкой.

Это время они посвятили сольным проектам, после чего начались приготовления к записи "Kasmodiah". На сей раз в сессиях участвовали Майкл Попп и Кристиан Коморовский. В новом году Deine Lakaien заключили соглашение о сотрудничестве с Columbia Records, что принесло группе дополнительный коммерческий успех.
