Coming to a new Sylvan album can often be a challenging and daunting task. The German band takes seriously their brand of melodic progressive rock, putting much thought, creativity, and complexity into their music. They continue to do so with their eighth studio album, Home. So necessarily, sit back and take some time to sink your teeth into this one.

Clapton is the twentieth studio album by English rock guitarist and singer-songwriter Eric Clapton. It was released on 27 September 2010 in the United Kingdom and the following day in the United States. The album is Clapton's first studio album in four years following his duet with J.J.Cale in The Road to Escondido (2006), and is made up of a mix of new material and cover songs. Clapton has played tracks off this album such as "Rocking Chair" and "When Somebody Thinks You're Wonderful" live on tour.

Vertical Man is the eleventh studio album by Ringo Starr, issued in 1998. The release represents Starr's attempt at a comeback following the enormous success of The Beatles Anthology project.

New York City's premier jazz venue got the blues last April when Wynton Marsalis and Eric Clapton performed together in Rose Theater at Frederick P. Production of the album was difficult, singer Marian Gold would later say "the production saw Alphaville in the horrors of permanent crisis. There was an ongoing war between [the band]. ... The furious guitar shrieks during the intro [of lead-off single "Romeos"] being a true indication of the real spirit of the production."
