3 декабря 2019 года Иэн Гиллан в Facebook объявил о завершении работы над новым альбомом. В феврале 2020 года стало известно название пластинки — «Whoosh!», выход которой был намечен на 12 июня. Большое европейское турне в поддержку альбома должно было начаться 31 мая в Москве и закончиться 28 октября в Амстердаме. Однако из-за ограничений, связанных с эпидемией коронавируса, дату релиза перенесли на 7 августа 2020 года, а все концерты отложили на более длительное время.

Windows is a live album by Jon Lord and the German conductor and composer Eberhard Schoener; the music and the record are primarily credited to Lord. It was taped at a concert in Munich, (West) Germany on 1 June 1974 and the music is a mix between progressive rock and orchestral late romantic/modernist styles.

Along with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, Deep Purple is the third piece of the marvelous trinity who are the creators of heavy metal. The story of Deep Purple as a band continues to this day and has weathered many a storm and changes of band members. With a handful of albums that are considered true classics of universal rock today, (In Rock, Machine Head, Live in Japan, Burn), Deep Purple is one of the most influential groups that rock culture has given us.

Whoosh! is the twenty-first studio album by English rock band Deep Purple, released on 7 August 2020.
The group collaborated with producer Bob Ezrin, who had also worked for their previous two albums. They enjoyed the recording and production. Its release was promoted by a series of press statements from singer Ian Gillan, such as "Another album?! Whoosh?!! Gordon Bennett!!!". He explained the album's title was chosen for its onomatopoeic qualities, and "when viewed through one end of a radio-telescope, describes the transient nature of humanity on Earth". He also said fans should simply listen to the album as an enjoyable experience.

Now What?! is the 19th studio album by English rock band Deep Purple. It was released on 26 April 2013 and produced by Bob Ezrin. A dedicated official web site was also created by the band to post updates about the album. It is the band's first studio album in over seven years; Deep Purple's previous studio album, Rapture of the Deep, was released in late 2005.

The 1972 album that unleashed Smoke on the Water; Highway Star , and Space Truckin' on the hard-rockin' public became Deep Purple's definitive studio album; this remastered reissue not only sounds (much) better than ever, but it's joined by an original B-side, When a Blind Man Cries , and alternate mixes of every single song on the album!

Who Do We Think We Are is the seventh studio album by the English hard rock band Deep Purple, released in 1973. It was Deep Purple's last album with singer Ian Gillan and bassist Roger Glover until Perfect Strangers came out in 1984.

The Book of Taliesyn is the second studio album by English rock band Deep Purple, recorded only three months after Shades of Deep Purple and released by Tetragrammaton Records in October 1968, just before their first US tour. The name for the album was taken from the 14th-century Book of Taliesin.
The structure of the album is similar to that of their debut, with four original songs and three rearranged covers, although the tracks are longer, the arrangements more complex and the sound more polished than on Shades of Deep Purple. The music style is a mix of psychedelic rock, progressive rock and hard rock, with several inserts of classical music arranged by the band's keyboard player Jon Lord.

The Battle Rages On... is the fourteenth studio album by the British hard rock band Deep Purple, released in 1993. It is the last album recorded with the band's classic Mk II line-up, which reunited for a second time (the first reunion being for 1984's Perfect Strangers). Even though Mike DiMeo was initially chosen as the singer for the album after Joe Lynn Turner was fired, Ian Gillan eventually returned to the band in late 1992 and had to rework much of the material already existing for it, which had been intended for Joe Lynn Turner and DiMeo. After his firing, Turner would admit Ritchie Blackmore referred to the album as "The cattle grazes on". Blackmore became infuriated at the non-melodic elements and quit mid tour after the show of 17 November in Helsinki, Finland. American guitarist Joe Satriani joined Deep Purple as a temporary replacement for the duration of the tour. A handful of working tracks written during The Battle Rages On... sessions would turn up on subsequent solo releases by Turner, under different titles.
