Big Calm is the second studio album by English electronic music group Morcheeba. It was released in March 1998 by Indochina Records and Sire Records. The album reached the top 20 of the UK album chart, while the single "Part of the Process" charted in the UK singles top 40 in August of the same year. "The Music That We Hear", included on special-edition versions of the album, is a reworking of "Moog Island" from Morcheeba's first album, Who Can You Trust?. The album cover was inspired by that of the 1966 Ray Conniff compilation Hi Fi Companion.

18 is the sixth studio album by American electronica musician Moby released in 2002. The most successful single from the album was "We Are All Made of Stars", which reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart. Another notable single from the album is "Extreme Ways", which is played to introduce the credits in all five Bourne movies from The Bourne Identity onwards. The album features guest appearances by Azure Ray, MC Lyte, Angie Stone, and Sinéad O'Connor.

Диск записан и сведён на Studio a820 dolby sr. В первой редакции альбома заглавная композиция Revolution открывается турецкими флейтами, тогда, как в переиздании 1992 года она открывается звучанием Арабского струнного оркестра Ларби Ушни, записанный на концерте в 1990 году в Париже. В последующих переизданиях возвращён первоначальный вариант с Турецкими флейтами. На концерте название трека менялось 2 раза. Так, в Египте, в 2000 году он именовался Evolution, поскольку по законам государства слово Revolution произносить запрещено. В 2006 году на концерте в Марокко она называлась Education, текстово она несколько отличалась от оригинала.

Gorillaz is the self-titled debut studio album by the British virtual band Gorillaz, released on 26 March 2001 by Parlophone Records internationally and by Virgin Records in the United States. It includes the singles "Clint Eastwood", "19-2000", "Rock the House" and "Tomorrow Comes Today". The album reached number three in the UK, and was an unexpected hit in the US, hitting number 14 and selling over seven million copies worldwide by 2007. It earned the group an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records as the Most Successful Virtual Band.

Demon Days is the second studio album by British virtual band Gorillaz, released on 11 May 2005 in Japan and on 23 May internationally by Parlophone Records and in the United States by Virgin Records. The album features contributions from De La Soul, Neneh Cherry, Martina Topley-Bird, Roots Manuva, MF Doom, Ike Turner, Bootie Brown of the Pharcyde, Shaun Ryder, Dennis Hopper, the London Community Gospel Choir, and a children's choir. Frontman Damon Albarn brought in Danger Mouse as producer.

David Paparusso's career as a professional DJ only starts in 2002. At that time, he meets Antoine Clamaran, another popular French DJ, who produces Vendetta's first three maxi singles "Fiction – No Sex", "She Loves Me – Party People" and "Alicante – Cleopatra". He also starts working as a producer when American DJ Roger Sanchez asks him to remix some of his songs.
In 2006, Paparusso releases the song "Love to love you baby", which samples Donna Summer, and manages to peak at No. 20 at the French Singles Chart. The follow-up single "Unidos para la música" even reaches the Top 5 in France and the Top 30 in Belgium-Wallonia.

Danzel - is a Belgian musician, best known for his 2004 single "Pump It Up!" which reached the top 10 across Europe, including in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania and Switzerland. The single also reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart and 29 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. Other singles released have failed to achieve the same level of success.
