Дебютный альбом Opeth сразу же показал высокий потенциал группы. Стилистически это Death Metal с прогрессивными элементами, а также с большим влиянием Doom’a и Black’а, однако ни на одну из групп, играющих в то время в этих стилях, он не похож. Вобравший в себя лучшее, что было в то время на тяжелой сцене, тем не менее, "Orchid" страдает некоторой инфантильностью и несерьезностью. Можно, конечно, сделать скидку на молодость музыкантов, но факт остается фактом. Несмотря на это, чувственность и красота музыки никуда не исчезают. Много приятных акустических моментов, которые сменяются жесткой риффовкой, есть даже полностью фортепианная пьеса – "Silhouette"

В июле 1999-го вышел альбом «Engine», что стало концом 4-й главы истории Loudness. В 2000-м Такасаки начал вынашивать идею реформации Loudness с оригинальными ее музыкантами, и новость об этом была объявлена в мае. А в марте 2001-го на прилавках появился альбом «Spiritual Canoe» Когда группа отправилась в тур по Японии, фэны были просто в восторге видеть четырех музыкантов снова вместе. Появилось DVD, названное «The Soldiers Just Came Back 2001», и команда поехала в очередной тур с Annihilator.

Это двойной концертный альбом замечательной прогрессив-рок команды Royal Hunt, записанный в 1996 в Японии. Записан диск просто обалденно, это один из лучших концертов на сегоднящний день из всех, что я слышал. Материал альбома составляеют все хиты с 1992-93 годов и, наверное с лучшего их диска, Moving Target. Очень всем рекомендую данную пластинку, т.к. по ней можно получить замечательное представление о команде. Тем, кто любит хорушую мелодичную музыку реско рекомендуется!

The title of the album was chosen to reflect Shakira's views on love and music.
