Sehnsucht (UK: Desire) is the fifth studio album by the electronic project Schiller undertaken by German musician, composer and producer Christopher Von Deylen. The album was released on 22 February 2008. The album features collaboration with several established artists like Xavier Naidoo, Jaël, Kim Sanders, and Klaus Schulze among others.
The album was launched in four versions: a limited three-disc Super Deluxe Edition, a two-disc Deluxe Edition, a Standard Edition and a Double Vinyl Edition. The Super Deluxe edition contains 31 compositions from Christopher Von Deylen, mostly new. The DVD includes music videos, concert footage and a documentary. The two-disc Deluxe Edition contains selected songs from the Super Deluxe Edition and the DVD.

Oxymore is the twenty-second studio album by French musician and composer Jean-Michel Jarre. It was released on 21 October 2022 through Sony and Columbia. Originally, Jarre was planning a collaboration with the French composer Pierre Henry, one of Jarre's influences, but Henry died in 2017 and the collaboration was never completed. Henry had however recorded some sound bites for the collaboration, which Jarre used for the album. Jarre then added his own compositions on top.

В шестнадцатый раз Motorhead отправились в студию и в шестнадцатый раз вышли оттуда с набором новых песен. На этот раз набор получил название "Hammered". Довольно удачное, надо сказать. После прослушивания этого диска действительно ощущение как будто получил по голове молотом. Лемми и Ко, только недавно отпраздновавшие двадцати пятилетие группы, играют все с таким же задором и энергетикой, как и раньше. Естественно, никаких стилистических изменений произведено не было, звук остался оглушающим и грязным, и песни по-прежнему поделены на "серьезные" и "раздолбайские". Что очень приятно - почти весь материал на самом высшем уровне, слабых моментов почти что нет.

Rebel Yell is the second studio album by English rock musician Billy Idol, released on 10 November 1983 by Chrysalis Records in the US and on 9 January 1984 in the UK. After the release of his 1982 eponymous debut studio album, Idol continued his collaboration with producer Keith Forsey and multi-instrumentalist Steve Stevens. The album was recorded at Electric Lady Studios in New York. Initially recorded without a drummer, utilizing only the LinnDrum and Roland TR-808 drum machines, Forsey and Stevens later decided to hire Thommy Price to play drums on some of the songs. The cover sleeve and images were shot by Brian Griffin. Idol got the idea of the album's title after attending a party with the Rolling Stones and drinking Rebel Yell bourbon whiskey.

И тоже, на удивление вполне вменяемый альбом. Пусть и звучит уже как сборник каверов группы на самих себя, но в этот раз они хотя бы вернулись к бодрой модернухе, оставив поп-танцульки из крайней плиты в прошлом. Откровений никаких и былых восторгов, как во времена дебюта, от альбома тоже можно не ждать. Но несколько зажигательных хитов (Inferno, Helix, Dream, Momentum, My Haven) тут как всегда в наличии, а большего я уже и не ждал от них.

Вообще, "Maximalism" является логичным продолжителем предыдущего альбома, но не без изрядной дозы экспериментов. Следует отметить большой крен в сторону популярных американских исполнителей и откровенной электроники, хотя прежде звучание Amaranthe было по большей части классическим шведским и основывалось на простеньких синтезаторных сэмплах. Гитары и ударные нынче задвинуты на второй план, уступая место красочной нетипичной для группы электронике, что сделало музыку немного легче, и ещё более качёвой, чем прежде. По-прежнему присутствуют гитарные соло, а звук, как и всегда, записан на уровне, потому недостаток гитар не ощущается.

The Nexus is a development of the sound and ideas Amaranthe introduced on their first record. The band stated that they felt "the contrasts are greater, the mix and blends of genres is more controversial, and more creative freedoms were taken in this album." Японское SHM-CD издание третьего полнометражника группы по "джапан"-традиции дополнено двумя бонусами: аккустические версии песен "Trinity" и "True".
По поводу музыкального материала - продукт получился качественным, добротным, с большой долей коммерции. Но как в большинстве коммерческих проектах , на мой сугубо субъективный взгляд, альбому не хватает какой-то искорки, способной разжечь огонь в душе (как в первых двух альбомах), нет чего-то революционно нового, чем могли бы удивить музыканты. В целом ставлю твёрдую "четвёрку".
