Сюрпризов тут не найдёте. Глотка Петрова по-прежнему хороша. Фактурный прокуренный рык радует уши. Надтреснутый гитарный звук, вкупе с нарочито небрежными соло-партиями и нагнетающими клавишными интерлюдиями, никуда не делся. На альбоме есть и среднетемповое мясо, и бодрящие пробежки, и звучит всё жирно, здорово, но... слишком уж по-олдскульному ровно. И такой недостаток бывает. «Back To The Front» скуден на цепкие мотивы, и в этом его главный минус. Работе не хватает рок’н’ролльной разнузданности и угара, коими щеголяли предшественники.
