Концертная деятельность Exciter заметно уменьшилась и ограничивалась теперь появлениями на фестивалях. Зато в 2000 году канадцы порадовали своих фанов альбомом "Blood Of Tyrants", звучавшем еще жёстче и агрессивнее чем его предшественник. К сожалению, последующие годы Exciter занимались в основном кадровыми проблемами, собираясь выпустить сборник архивных треков.
