Между прочим, связку идей первой и последней групп из приведенного выше перечня можно ощутить уже в стартовой "The Silent Creature". Временами и вовсе кажется, что именно так звучала бы "Caught Somewhere In Time", если бы ее аранжировали гениальные канадцы... Впрочем, в этом обширном металлическом массиве нелинейных мелодий и грубоватых, напористых риффов еще и не такое может померещиться! Да и вообще – найти какой-то единый подход к оценке этой глыбищи невероятно сложно. Есть тут, например, замечательный в своем роде опус "Night of the Deceased". Так вот, отношение к нему во время первого прослушивания три раза прыгало по шкале между отметками «какой отстой!» и «какая прелесть!». И это лишь самый яркий пример неоднозначности некоторых композиций...
