Вдвойне приятно, что свои таланты в исполнении данного стиля нам демонстрируют наши с вами соотечественники – честь и хвала. Группа довольно давно снискала заслуженное признание в кругах почитателей стиля, прекрасно зарекомендовала себя на майском doom-metal fest'e в Москве, продемонстрировав всем, что такое "похороны живьём". И сейчас, если верить источникам Comatose Vigil даёт (хоть и редко) концерты и готовит материал для нового альбома. Всё же, возвращаясь к "Not A Gleam Of Hope", нельзя не отметить профессионализм и талант этого московского трио. Монотонное гудение гитар сопровождается космическими партиями клавиш и перемежается нечеловеческим гроулом (иногда выходящим под "примочкой"). Сама музыка создаёт ощущение какого-то глобального, вселенского акта – здесь не заурядное думстерское соплежуйство, а суровая констатация фактов.
