Кадровые проблемы разрешились только к 1991 году, когда ряды "Коррозии" пополнили вокалист Карл Эйджелл, басист Фил Свишер и второй гитарист Пеппер Кинан. Произведенный данным составом диск "Blind" стал первым шагом к коммерческому успеху. Клип "Vote With A Bullet" попал в ротацию на MTV, и это дало возможность альбому зацепиться за список "Billboard Heatseekers". Тираж "Blind" составил 250000 копий, однако уже в 1993-м Эйджелл и Свишер отчалили в Leadfoot. На четырехструнку вернулся Дин, а микрофон забрал Кинан, чья роль в группе значительно возросла.
