Cпустя четыре года после ухода из группы Yossi Sassi, Orphaned Land выпустили новый шестой альбом "Unsung Prophets & Dead Messiahs". Работа получилась что-то вроде манифеста. Или, скорее, крик души тех, кто пытается сделать хоть что-то ради мира, но постоянно сталкивается с непониманием, нежеланием прислушаться к ближнему, а главное – тотальным безразличием. Оставаясь верными своему стилю, на первом плане в альбоме скрипки, виолончели и такие восточные инструменты как дарбука, уд, канун и саз. Хотя гитары и ритм-секция, конечно, играют важную, если не решающую роль. Ввсё звучит органично, и все инструменты прекрасно слышны – это заслуга не только группы, но и Jens Borgen (микширование) и Tomas Lindgren (мастеринг).
