В мае 2008 был выпущен второй альбом - "Anhédonie". В 2009-м году Ataraxie соединили свои силы с английской Doom/Death группой Imindain. Результатом совместной работы стал сплит "Bethlehems Bastarde", выпущенный в октябре того же года. 1 октября 2011 года выходит двухдисковый сборник "Project X", посвящённый 10-летию коллектива. Запись содержит обновлённую версию демо "The Other Path" (перезапись с новой аранжировкой), эксклюзивные треки и ряд концертных версий песен. В записи композиции "Unholy Prayer" принял участие Ende из Fatum Elisum.
