Isis (принято как ISIS) — группа из Лос-Анджелеса (штат Калифорния), основанная в Бостоне (штат Массачусетс). Их карьера охватывает период с 1997 по 2010 годы. Вдохновлённые музыкой Neurosis и Godflesh, Isis играли тяжёлые и длинные мелодии с динамической структурой песен.Последний альбом группы, Wavering Radiant, был выпущен 5 мая 2009 года. Группа распалась в середине июня 2010 года, прямо перед выходом сплита с группой Melvins.
