Вот это да! И некоторые еще спрашивают, для чего нужны концертники при наличии студийных альбомов. А вот для чего. Оба студийных диска бывшего вокалиста Iron Maiden, несмотря на их очевидные достоинства и наличие целой кучи отличных песен (“Kill & Destroy”, “Born As A Stranger”, “The Brave”, “Stare At The Sun” и т.д.), все-таки не часто гостят у меня в музыкальном центре. Почему – не берусь сказать, наверное, дело в том, что научная фантастика – совсем не близкая мне тема, и песни на эту тему я могу лишь слушать, никак не сопереживая им. Концертник – совсем другое дело. “As Live As It Gets” записан так, что создается полное ощущение твоего присутствия в толпе фанатов прямо перед сценой, где ты просто не можешь остаться безучастным. Звук поражает кристальной чистотой и мощью.
