Зверство, вобравшее в себя лучшее, что есть в Death Metal-е. Главной особенностью этого зверства является его сложная структура, требующая вникнуть в альбом. Ломовые риффы гитар в сопровождении нестандартных барабанных очередей, рваных басов и неземного рева, создают впечатление, что перед тобой открываются врата ада. Звук сочный, четкий, соло звучит великолепно. И что самое, на мой взгляд, главное все “песенки” разные и все хиты, вы не услышите ничего похожего, при этом альбом имеет целостность. Один из лучших в своем жанре, а может и лучший.

В качестве вердикта выражу субъективную мысль, что альбом способен доставить удовольствие как ценителям “матана”, так и любителям чего полегче ввиду очевидной доступности материала (что бы там ни говорили музыканты на сей счёт). “Cursed” очень уж поверхностен, а навороты и диссонансы несут в себе наигранно-фальшивый характер, погоды не делающий. Поэтому остаётся только слушать, но глубоко копать и искать сакральный смысл не следует. Ion Dissonance уже не претендуют на глубину.

Восторг, редко нравится музыка на русском, но тут другого не хочется, и образ класс , у меня стойкие ассоциации с Хайборийской эрой и книгами о Конане, в следующих работах хочется в музыке большего акцента на рифах, а целом, и по агрессии особенно, что то в духе Great Kat "Satan goes to the church" или "Worship me or die", только в вашем антураже будет ещё.

Master of Reality is the third studio album by the English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released on 6 August 1971 by Vertigo Records. It is regarded by some critics as the foundation of stoner rock and sludge metal. Produced by Rodger Bain, who also produced the band's prior two albums, Master of Reality was recorded at Island Studios in London from February to April 1971. Guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler downtuned their instruments during the production, achieving what Iommi called a "bigger, heavier sound".

This "greatest hits" is one of the lesser-known by Sabbath and is focused on the first 5 albums of the historic hard rock band, which are the best albums of their discography, those of the original line-up: Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, the genius Tony Iommi on guitar, Billy Ward on drums, and Geezer Butler on bass.

It's a well-prepared collection, although it also suffers, like many "greatest hits" out there, from the lack of live tracks or a couple of rarities that would justify the purchase of a "greatest hits" or a "best of". Nevertheless, the choice of tracks is spot-on.

The album was released without the consent of the band, and is therefore considered "unofficial". There are some mistakes with the track listing; "Sleeping Village" and "Warning"'s track length listings were inverted, giving Sleeping Village a length of 10:47 and Warning a length of 3:30. There is also a misspelling of "Sabbra Cadabra".
