Nils new album 'Alley Cat' has been a year in the making, not that Nils isn't very prolific and can write, produce, arrange and perform radio friendly hits at the drop of a guitar pick. It's just that he has been a man demand. Keeping busy with writing and performing on the current chart hit 'Harmony Park' by Nate Harrison which features Nils & Dave Koz or being featured on Brian Simpson's latest album or having produced three upcoming albums for various new artists. All this plus the release of his 'Best of Nils' album and numerous club and festival performances yet he has still managed to produce what should be another chart topper, 'Alley Cat'.

Human. :II: Nature. (stylized as HVMAN. :||: NATVRE.) is the upcoming ninth album by Finnish symphonic power metal band Nightwish. It is set to be released on April 10, 2020 through Nuclear Blast. It will be the band's first double album.
Following the departure of original drummer Jukka Nevalainen the previous year, it will be the first album to feature Kai Hahto as official band member, although he had already acted as Nevalainen's replacement on the band's previous album, Endless Forms Most Beautiful.

Hollie and Keith Kenniff, the husband and wife team of Mint Julep, have been hard at work individually over the last few years. Hollie's solo album, The Gathering Dawn, was released last year, and Keith has been busy with his two side projects, Helios and Goldmund. The work Hollie and Keith do individually usually veers toward more ambient, experimental styles, but Mint Julep has always been more of an accessible synthpop act. It is based on a 1914 Ukrainian anthem, "Oh, the Red Viburnum in the Meadow", and features vocals in Ukrainian by Andriy Khlyvnyuk of the Ukrainian band BoomBox. The track is the first entirely new piece of music recorded by Pink Floyd since "Louder than Words" was released with The Endless River in 2014. Guitarist David Gilmour was inspired to record it in support of Ukraine during the 2022 Russian invasion. The band both released the track as a single commercially and also put out a music video, directed by Mat Whitecross, centered around images of life struggling amidst warfare. A physical edition of the single on CD and vinyl was released on 15 July 2022, which also included a new version of "A Great Day for Freedom".

Rapture of the Deep is the 18th studio album by English hard rock band Deep Purple, released in October 2005. It is the fourth studio album from Deep Purple since Steve Morse joined the band in 1994 and the second to feature veteran keyboardist Don Airey. Meredith Jane Monk - is an American composer, performer, director, vocalist, filmmaker, and choreographer. Since the 1960s, Monk has created multi-disciplinary works which combine music, theatre, and dance, recording extensively for ECM Records. In 1991, Monk composed an opera called Atlas, commissioned and produced by the Houston Opera and the American Music Theater Festival.

Script for a Jester's Tear is the debut studio album by British neo-progressive rock band Marillion, released in the United Kingdom on 13 March 1983 by EMI Records. The album reached number seven and spent 31 weeks in the UK Albums Chart, eventually achieving a platinum certificate, and produced the Top 40 single "He Knows You Know" and the Top 20 single "Garden Party".
Script for a Jester's Tear is the only studio album by Marillion to feature the band's original drummer and founding member Mick Pointer, who was dismissed following the album's UK tour. In Martin Popoff's 2016 biography of Yes, the album is credited with being part of a "new wave" of British progressive rock which also helped to give a second life to earlier bands.
