The album includes a range of traditional Christmas songs, such as "Silent Night," "The First Noel," "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," and "Angels From the Realms of Glory," among others. The arrangements are unique and often feature a mix of traditional sounds with modern instrumentation.

Andrew Lloyd Webber, Baron Lloyd-Webber, Kt (born 22 March 1948) is an English composer and impresario of musical theatre. Several of his musicals have run for more than a decade both in the West End and on Broadway. He has composed 21 musicals, a song cycle, a set of variations, two film scores, and a Latin Requiem Mass. One Voice is the debut album by British boy soprano Andrew Johnston, who rose to fame in 2008 after his appearance on the second series of Britain's Got Talent. The album was released on 29 September 2008 by Syco Music, Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell's record label. The album was conducted by Lorin Maazel with London Symphony Orchestra, and Bocelli received two 2003 Classical BRIT Awards for "Best selling classical album" and "Album of the year" for Sentimento, in 2003.
As of January 2003, Sentimento has reached worldwide sales of 2.5 million copies.
