Давно Ragnarok не радовали почитателей норвежского блэка своими новыми творениями. Впрочем, данная группа никогда не штамповала альбомы ежегодно – известно, что эти парни предпочитают качество количеству. Но на сей раз ожидание растянулось на шесть долгих лет. Неудивительно, что за это время музыка их заметно изменилась.Так что же нового предлагают норвежцы? Ragnarok ощутимо снизили частоты. Гитара по традиции выдает очень плотную, но мягкую и немного вялую стену звука. В музыке чувствуется сильное влияние мелодик-блэка, значительно усилившееся по сравнению со, скажем, "Blackdoor Miracle". Весь материал насквозь пронизан различными – изящными и просто красивыми, запоминающимися и не очень – мелодиями.
