В августе группа засела в студию, и три месяца спустя, дебютный альбом «The Birthday Eve» лег на полки музыкальных магазинов, и сразу же стал историческим релизом на японской рок-сцене. Второй альбом Loudness «Devil Soldier», вышел в июле 1982 года, за ним последовал «The Law Of Devil’s Land» в январе 1983-го. В сентябре вышел 4-й альбом группы «Disillusion», который записывался в Англии. Это была мечта, ставшая явью: Loudness записывались за границей! Сам Julian Mendelson, известный саунд-инженер, работавший над альбомом Yes «90125», занялся альбомом наших героев. И тут случилось чудо: Ник Лофт, представитель Atlantic Records, увидев ребят на шоу, заключил с ними контракт, и это произошло впервые в истории японской рок-музыки.
