На второй пластинке, "Apollo Ends", группа урезала свой звук и использовали более гармонично-комплексный подход к написанию песен. На этом альбоме прогремел обновлённый состав с Джоном Хаумом, который ранее работал с Sculptured во время записи дебютного альбома, и Джейсоном Уалтоном из Agalloch.
Вскоре после записи второго полноформатного альбома группа записывает кавер на главную тему фильма "Suspiria", который был включен в трибьют Гоблина. К сожалению, этот релиз так и не увидел свет, однако трек был включен в "Phases", сборник лейбла End Records. Последующие годы Андерсон посвящает себя Agalloch, записывая новый материал и выступая на различных площадках вместе с группой.
