Chinese Democracy is the sixth studio album by American hard rock band Guns N' Roses, released on November 23, 2008, through Geffen Records and Black Frog. It was their first album of original material since Use Your Illusion I and II (1991), it was also the first to feature none of the classic lineup members aside from vocalist Axl Rose. The album's development spanned over a decade, becoming one of the most protracted and expensive recording processes in rock history, with reported costs exceeding $13 million.

"Think Twice" is a song by Canadian singer Celine Dion, released by Columbia and Epic Records as the third single from her third English-language album, The Colour of My Love (1993), in August 1994. It was written by Andy Hill and Peter Sinfield, and produced by Christopher Neil and Aldo Nova. In this rock-influenced song with a guitar solo, the protagonist is telling her lover to "think twice" before leaving her. Higher Ground is the twenty-seventh studio album by American singer Barbra Streisand, her first in four years (following 1993's Back to Broadway). The album was inspired by and dedicated to Virginia Clinton Kelley. It was released in North America on November 11, 1997, and a day earlier in Europe.The lead single, "Tell Him"—a duet with Celine Dion—was released on October 7, 1997, and become an international hit. Follow-up singles were "If I Could" and the title track. "If I Could" had been previously recorded by jazz singer Nancy Wilson as well as a medley of the inspirational standards "I Believe" and "You'll Never Walk Alone", later both issued as standalone recordings by the singer. The album also contains a cover of Bernard Ighner's "Everything Must Change", a song which Streisand had previously recorded in sessions for her 1974 album ButterFly but had remained unreleased.

Стиль этого альбома можно определить как " изрядно утяжеленные Финские народые песни". Вокал прикольный - и не дэтовый и не блэковый, короче раздолбайский. Музыка в том же духе, кое где слышится Мановаровское "хэй-хэй" кое где вообще народная плясовая.И конечно же великий и могучий, только не знаю какой финский или шведский язык,на котором все и исполняется,и композиции приобретают неповторимый колорит.Послушать это стоит и не один раз,считаю этот альбом одной из самых оригинальных работ за последнее время.

И конечно же, я хотел бы выделить несколько самых офигительнейших композиций из трек-листа, которые зацепили меня больше всего. В первую очередь, это одноимённая "Soulskinner". Это скоростная, забойная песня, которая состоит из красочных соло-партий и одновременно прямолинейной, но в то же время размеренной работы ударника. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает её заводной припев. Вторая, "Dying Blood", напротив, обладает более сдержанным темпом, но компенсирует это повышенной мелодичностью. Очень сильный номер альбома.

Прослушав первые 2 альбома этой банды я ее немерянно полюбил. Наверное потому я ждал от их следующего творения чего-то особенного. Но альбомчик получился средненький. Кочечно же есть там хиты, Villa Vampiria например. Но вцелом альбом хуже, чем Bloody Blasphemy. Но послушать его все равно приятно. Поубавилось клавиш, добавилось агрессии. Музыканты стали еще техничнее, но все равно хочется больше чем просто рубилово, хотя и не без оригинальности рубилово.

Песни одна круче другой, в особенности хочу отметить "The Principle Of Evil Made Flesh", "The Forest Wispers My Name", "The Black Goddes Rises" (которая породила еще одну версию исполнения и была представлена в альбоме "Bitter Suits To Succubi", как и еще пара композиций из этого альбома), а также "A Dream Wolves On The Snow" и "Summer Dying Fast".

Воистину великий альбом. Редчайший пример - куча экспериментов и ни одного неудачного! Будучи далеко не виртуозом гитарной игры, Фишер умудряется создавать очень глубокие альбомы, которые можно слушать многожды, и каждый раз открывать для себя (что за мерзкая рекламная фраза!) новые достоинства. Изюминкой этого диска является высокохудожественная, по-театральному трагичная атмосфера, отдающая чем-то средневековым и готическим (ребята из SOPOR AETERNUS явно увлекались данным альбомом). Слабых вещей нет вообще, разве только вторая версия One in their pride несколько грузит, вполне хватило бы и одной.

Наверное, писать что-либо на подобные альбомы попросту не имеет смысла, т.к. то, что вы услышите, пожалуй, не поддается никакому рациональному обьяснению. Cryptopsy и Anal Cunt слитые в один флакон не дадут того, что есть на "Lucid Interval" и близко. Это совершено что-то "ДРУГОЕ". С первого раза понять не удастся ничего и никому. На альбоме все сведено до такого апогейного уровня скорости и дебилизма, что не успеваешь осознавать начался или кончился трэк, совершенно не понимаешь сколько вокалистов горланит (т.к. здесь столько разных тэмбров голосов и т.д).Все это напоминает праздник в психушке, где веселятся самые ярые пациенты. Короче третий альбом CC является сильнейшим ударом по сознанию каждого, кто его услышит.
