Несмотря на попытки выдерживать старое кредо в материале, привнося в него новаторские для Deranged фишки, слушается это всё несколько неуклюже. Это заметно, когда традиционные отрезки, которым и без того не хватает привычной жёсткости и агрессивности, сменяются не совсем уверенными мелодическими рисунками с целью обогатить материал. Всё-таки не стоит Deranged заигрывать с мелодикой. И не оттого, что мелодика - это плохо, на примере Immolation мы наблюдаем насколько злобной и мрачной она может быть. А оттого, что у Deranged это не получается - уж очень банальным и вымученным выглядит результат. Показательна композиция "The Killer Wore Black Gloves", оставляющая в недоумении.

This Toilet Earth is the fourth album released by heavy metal band Gwar. Released on March 29, 1994, this album was to be one of their oddest and most bittersweet albums. It was the first Gwar album to be censored (the second was We Kill Everything, which comes in both censored and uncensored versions), due to their gain in popularity as a result of MTV exposure. The Unforgiving ist das fünfte Album der niederländischen Band Within Temptation. Es wurde im März 2011 durch Roadrunner Records veröffentlicht.

Im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger The Heart of Everything sollte The Unforgiving etwas moderner gestaltet werden. Dafür wurde – auch für die Texte – ein comicartiges Gesamtkonzept ausgewählt. Der Musikstil unterscheidet sich nicht wesentlich von den Vorgängeralben, allerdings ist der Gesang etwas rauer. Die Songs haben meist eingängige Hooklines und weisen zum Teil, wie bei der ersten Singleauskopplung Faster Elemente von Hardrock und Pop auf. Die erneut, wie auf den beiden Vorgängeralben von Daniel Gibson übernommene Produktion wurde als „High End“ beschrieben. Zu den einzelnen Songs wurden Kurzfilme und ein Comic-Buch herausgebracht.

Hydra is the sixth studio album by Dutch symphonic metal band Within Temptation. It was released on January 31, 2014 in Europe and on February 4, 2014 in North America. The album contains guest appearances by singer Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage), rapper Xzibit, metal vocalist Tarja Turunen (ex-Nightwish) and alternative rock singer Dave Pirner (Soul Asylum). The first single, "Paradise (What About Us?)", was released on September 27, 2013, and featured Turunen as guest vocalist. The second single, "Dangerous", was released on December 20, in which Jones provided the male vocals.

The album was met with generally favorable reviews and commercial success, increasing the band's popularity outside the Netherlands. Metal Hammer considered the album important both for Within Temptation's career and the development of the symphonic metal genre as a whole, a position shared by AllMusic. The album spawned three singles that helped increasing the band's popularity in Europe, all of them achieving commercial success in their homeland and several other European countries. The album originated a total of five singles. The first and most successful one, "What Have You Done", was released on 14 February and was met with moderate chart success across Europe. The second single was "The Howling", released on 1 May exclusively in the United States. The third single, "Frozen", was released in Europe on 11 June. The fourth single, "All I Need", was released on 11 November. In order to promote the album the band embarked on their first world tour, entitled The Heart of Everything World Tour, visiting countries in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. The track "Forgiven" was released as a single on 12 September 2008 for promoting the live album Black Symphony, recorded during the tour.

Taking Chances sold 3.1 million copies worldwide in 2007 alone and peaked inside the top ten in various countries, including number one in Canada, Switzerland, South Africa and on the European Top 100 Albums. It has sold 1.1 million units in the United States and was certified platinum by the RIAA. In Canada, after shipping over 400,000 copies, the album was certified four-times platinum. The first single, "Taking Chances", was released in September 2007 and peaked inside the top ten in various European countries and in Canada. In 2008, different songs were selected as the second single for different regions: "Eyes on Me" in the United Kingdom, "A World to Believe In" in Japan and "Alone" in North America. The latter was also released as the third and final single in the United Kingdom. On 14 February 2008, Dion embarked on the year-long Taking Chances World Tour, which visited five continents and became one of the highest-grossing tours of all time.

Sans attendre (transl. "without waiting") is the twenty-fourth studio album and fourteenth French-language album by Canadian singer Celine Dion, released by Columbia Records on 2 November 2012. It is her first new French studio album since 2007's D'elles. Sans attendre features sixteen songs produced mainly by Jacques Veneruso, David Gategno and Scott Price. It contains three duets with Johnny Hallyday, Jean-Pierre Ferland and the late Henri Salvador. The first single from the album, "Parler à mon père" was released on 2 July 2012 and "Le miracle" was selected as the second track to promote Sans attendre.
