Это все еще отличный мелодраматичный прогрессив-рок с рваными гитарными риффами, причудливыми клавишными и темной атмосферой. Французский рожок отличает вплетается в эту прекрасную мешанину внезапными взрывными каскадами и звучит довольно органично для подобного рода музыки. Таким образом музыканты как бы проводят параллель с классическими симфопроговыми группами 70-х Италии, Campo di Marte и Maxophone, которые также использовали французский рожок, хотя здесь они больше напоминают не последних, а хэви-прог Semiramis. Барабанщик поет не так шизоидно и зло, как прежний вокалист, но все равно отлично.

Synchronicity is the fifth and final studio album by the English rock band the Police, released on 17 June 1983 by A&M Records. The band's most successful release, the album includes the hit singles "Every Breath You Take", "King of Pain", "Wrapped Around Your Finger", and "Synchronicity II". The album's title and much of the material for the songs were inspired by Arthur Koestler's book The Roots of Coincidence (1972). At the 1984 Grammy Awards the album was nominated for a total of five awards, including Album of the Year, and won three. At the time of its release and following the Synchronicity Tour, the Police's popularity was at such a high that they were arguably, according to BBC and The Guardian, the "biggest band in the world".

The Slade Box (A 4CD Anthology 1969-1991) is a four disc box set by the British rock band Slade. It was released in October 2006 by Salvo.[1]
The Slade Box contains eighty-four tracks ranging across the band's career from 1969 to 1991. A 72-page booklet was included with liner notes by Keith Altham. In 2011, the box set was re-issued by Salvo. It featured the same track listing but was packaged in a shortened case with the booklet reduced to 36-pages.
