Constrictor is the sixteenth studio album by rock musician Alice Cooper released on September 22, 1986. After retiring from the music industry after the release of DaDa, Cooper remained in seclusion for three years. He starred in Monster Dog, a horror film for which he wrote two songs. He also guest starred on the Twisted Sister track "Be Chrool to Your Scuel". It was Alice Cooper's first record to feature bass playing from Kip Winger, who would later gain great fame with his own band, Winger.

Released in 1971, America is the self-titled debut album from one of the most original and influential pop groups of the '70s. The album went to # 1 on the Billboard album chart and stayed there for 5 weeks. It produced two hit singles, "A Horse With No Name" spent three weeks at # 1 on the Billboard singles chart in 1972 and "I Need You" hit # 9. America highlights the exquisite harmonies and subtle acoustic shadings that would become an America trademark.

This album marked a major comeback for a group that had been generally written off since Dan Peek's departure five years before. It was a modest hit in the US, reaching number 41 on the Billboard album chart, and produced two hit singles: "You Can Do Magic" reached number eight on the Billboard singles chart and number five on the adult contemporary chart, and "Right Before Your Eyes" (also popularly known as "Rudolph Valentino") peaked at 45 on the Billboard singles chart and 16 on the adult contemporary chart.
