Гитарные риффы порой сверхмелодичны. Но звук инструментов достаточно резок и чёток. И не мелодичностью единой характерен альбом. Налёт "попсоватости" с лихвой окупается присутствием истинно дум-дэтовых партий гитар. А довольно зловещее вступление "Lady of Shalott" и вовсе напомнило почти фьюнерал-дум от Ahab. Даже если бы на диске кроме мега-хита Neophyte всё остальное было лишь хорошо сыгранным шаблоном, "The Mirror of Deliverance" уже был бы рекомендован фанатам жанра. Но тут почти каждая композиция интересна, а финальная "Chrysopoeia" мало чем уступает первой композиции.

Снова раздаются гнусные звуки Адской пилорамы, и очередные самозваные креатуры Зла пытаются с помощью своих тлетворных миазмов хоть немного приблизить этот Мир к Армагеддону. На этот раз прорыв отрицательной энергии произошел на территории Финляндии, где воздвигли свой замок Ангмар четверо местных назгулов. Пока они еще не слишком сильны и заметны, но кто знает? Три композиции, представленные финнами на этом сплите представляют из себя то, что принято именовать raw-black: злобная до посинения музыка, грязная запись, простые трэшевые риффы, средний темп, лишенный какого-либо намека на благозвучность скриминг, полное отсутствие атмосферы…
