Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show (shortened to Dr. Hook in 1975) was an American rock band, formed in Union City, New Jersey. They enjoyed considerable commercial success in the 1970s with hit singles including "Sylvia's Mother", "The Cover of 'Rolling Stone'" (both 1972), "Only Sixteen" (1975), "A Little Bit More" (1976), "Sharing the Night Together" (1978), "When You're in Love with a Beautiful Woman" (1979), "Better Love Next Time" (1979), and "Sexy Eyes" (1980). In addition to their own material, Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show performed songs written by the poet Shel Silverstein.

Deep Purple's 2005 album Rapture of the Deep generally maintains the quality of 2003's surprisingly sturdy Bananas. It's the second release from the re-energized lineup of vocalist Ian Gillan, guitarist Steve Morse, bass guitarist Roger Glover, drummer Ian Paice, and keyboardist Don Airey, who replaced the retired Jon Lord.

The album produced the single "Romeo and Juliet", which reached #8 on the UK Singles Chart. The album reached #1 on album charts in Italy and Norway, #19 in the United States and #4 in the United Kingdom. Making Movies was later certified platinum in the United States and double-platinum in the United Kingdom.

Darkenhold though is the only band today that I have seen actively working to be as pure traditional in sound as they can. They are preservationists. That being said, as an album experience Echoes of the Stone Keeper has a lot of good points but seems to struggle with finding the perfect ideas in song construction. Perhaps its due to their effort to celebrate all these many classic recordings, which all had their own unique ways to build a song.

Si parlava, a ragione, per i Dodsferd di ‘dirty black ‘n’roll music’ e la definizione calza alla perfezione anche per questa magna opera di metal estremo.

The split with Woodsmarch was recorded in 2006, and. it remains my least favorite Draugurz release. After that the project was put to rest and I spent the next years mostly studying. My personal life is of no interest here, but let’s just say that I have lived a quite unusual life so far.
