Infinite (stylised as infinite) is the 20th studio album by English rock band Deep Purple, released on 7 April 2017.
The album will be supported during Deep Purple's The Long Goodbye Tour, commencing in May 2017.

August 4, 2017 – David Crosby is set to release his new solo album Sky Trails – his third solo album in four years - on September 29th via BMG. The folk rock legend will support the release with a 25-date tour that starts October 30th in Chicago, IL. The band backing Crosby will feature his son James Raymond on keys, Mai Agan on bass, Steve DiStanislao on drums, Jeff Pevar on guitar and Michelle Willis on keys and vocals.

Shades of Deep Purple is the debut studio album by the English rock band Deep Purple, released in July 1968 on Tetragrammaton in the United States and in September 1968 on Parlophone in the United Kingdom. The band, initially called Roundabout, was the idea of former Searchers drummer Chris Curtis, who recruited Jon Lord and Ritchie Blackmore before leaving the project. The Mk. I line-up of the band was completed by vocalist/frontman Rod Evans, along with bassist Nick Simper and drummer Ian Paice, in March 1968.

Bridgewater's 2015 effort, Dee Dee's Feathers, found her paying homage to the history of New Orleans, as well as marking the tenth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. A collaboration between Bridgewater, New Orleans trumpeter Irvin Mayfield, and the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, the album also featured appearances from such New Orleans luminaries as keyboardist Dr. John and percussionist Bill Summers.

It's innovative, interesting, and certainly takes the format of this instrumental structure places where it has yet to go but has been yearning to for a little while now. Tepfer hasn't playing in the trio format since 2010. If this is a result of such patience, it's a pretty good thing he took his time.
