Вообще история Amestigon тесно связана с титанами австрийской black metal сцены Abigor. Tharen на момент создания Amestigon являлся и вокалистом Abigor, его голос звучит на демо-записях 1993-1994-х годов, вдобавок он поучаствовал в создании клавишных аранжировок эпохального Supreme Immortal Art. В свою очередь Thurisaz был вокалистом Abigor на альбомах Channeling the Quintessence of Satan (1999), и Satanized (A Journey Through Cosmic Infinity) (2001).Запись альбома для Dominion III в 2002-м году не мешает Tharen'у и компании записать три новых трека для сплита с австрийцами Hellbound. Fatal Illumination / Nebelung, 1384 выходит на лейбле Millenium Metal Music. Тираж составил 999 копий.

В итоге состав сократился до формата трио, а творчество группы было под завязку напичкано синтезаторами и секвенсорами. Постепенно "Hawkwind" стали уклоняться в сторону техно и, в конце концов, стиль команды настолько изменился, что ей пришлось выпустить один альбом под другой вывеской ("Psychedelic Warriors"). В середине 90-х Алану надоело играть танцевалку и после второго (неудачного) ультиматума он подал в отставку. Series of albums was released in the early 1980s containing live and studio performances by Hawkwind and related bands. It was released through the independent record company Flicknife Records, with the rights subsequently sold onto Cherry Red who continue to release packages through their Anagram label comprising this and other Hawkwind related material originally released by Flicknife Records.

Electric Tepee is the seventeenth studio album by the English space rock group Hawkwind, released in 1992. It spent one week on the UK albums chart at #53.After a European tour in March and April 1991, long-standing keyboardist Harvey Bainbridge chose to leave the group. Female singer Bridget Wishart would also end her association with the group in September. The group would go on to operate as a three piece of guitarist Dave Brock, bassist Alan Davey and drummer Richard Chadwick, making heavy use of sequencers, synthesisers and computers, both in the studio and live.

Venus Doom is the sixth studio album by Finnish gothic rock band HIM. The album was recorded at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki with producers Hiili Hiilesmaa and Tim Palmer, both whom had collaborated with the band on various occasions, and released on 14 September 2007. During the making of Venus Doom, HIM was struggling with the personal problems of their vocalist Ville Valo. Among other things, his alcohol abuse had worsened to the point that he suffered a nervous breakdown during the recording process, after which he was admitted to the Promises Rehabilitation Clinic in Malibu by HIM's manager Seppo Vesterinen. Musically the album has been described as HIM's heaviest and darkest album to date, with influences from bands such as My Dying Bride, Anathema and Paradise Lost. Much of the album's lyrical themes and heaviness were inspired by Valo's personal difficulties, including his break-up with fiancé Jonna Nygrén.

Love in Space is a 1996 live album by the English space rock group Hawkwind. It was recorded during the group's 1995 tour to promote the Alien 4 album. It was re-issued in 2009 with bonus tracks taken from the Love in Space EP.

Distant Horizons is the twenty-first studio album by the English space rock group Hawkwind, released in 1997.Towards the end of 1996, Jerry Richards, who had been contributing lead guitar to some live dates and recording sessions, joined the group permanently.Dissatisfied with the musical direction of the group, longstanding bassist Alan Davey chose to leave at the end of 1996. His bass playing duties were picked up by singer Ron Tree. Rastafarian toaster Captain Rizz and keyboardist Julian "Crum" Crimmins began contributing to live dates, although neither would appear on this record.
