Three of contemporary jazz’s most popular artists—keyboardist Jeff Lorber, guitarist Chuck Loeb and saxophonist Everette Harp-offer a fresh take on fusion on Jazz Funk Soul, an album that grew out of a successful tour. The title is certainly truth in advertising: The set delivers a hefty, and very tasty, helping of jazz, funk and soul tunes that spotlight the three artists’ distinctive sounds as well as their ability to blend their styles seamlessly.

Shaved Fish is a compilation album by John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band, released in October 1975 on Apple Records. It contains all of the singles that he had issued up to that point in the United States as a solo artist, with the exception of "Stand by Me", which had been released earlier that year.

In Colour is the debut studio album by British producer and The xx member Jamie xx. It is set to be released on June 1, 2015 on the Young Turks label. A deluxe version of the album, cut on coloured vinyl and featuring two exclusive instrumental tracks, will be made available for a limited time.

Photograph Smile is the fifth studio album by English singer-songwriter Julian Lennon.

Julian Lennon did an about-face on Mr. Jordan, abandoning the polished mainstream pop of his first two albums for a darker, more rock-oriented sound. Lennon also changed his style of singing, choosing a deeper timbre that was eerily reminiscent of David Bowie -- which was appropriate, because the thick guitars that dominated the album were reminiscent of a kinder variation on Bowie's early-'70s hard rock. Although Lennon's new sound was promising, he only came up with one song, the minor hit "Now You're in Heaven," that could support his musical visions.

It was released in August 1991, on Atlantic Records in the US and on Virgin Records in the UK. The album was a commercial success in Europe for Lennon, spawning a UK no.6 hit in "Saltwater" (as well as topping the charts in Australia for four weeks); however, it did not do as well in the US, where Atlantic Records were said to have under-promoted the album.

Lennon has described the material as "a bit more free-flowing than [his] previous work", calling it his "favourite album so far". Revealing how Everything Changes came about, Lennon explained: "Obviously, if you sit down and play around for a bit, you’re going to come up with ideas. One thing led to another and pretty soon I had about 30 ideas, so I invited some friends to come over and flesh them out into songs".
