Erotica is the fifth studio album by American singer Madonna, released on October 19, 1992, by Maverick and Sire Records. The album was released simultaneously with Madonna's first book publication Sex, a coffee table book containing explicit photographs of the singer, and marked her first release under Maverick, her own multimedia entertainment company. Celebration is the third greatest hits album by American singer-songwriter Madonna, released on September 18, 2009, by Warner Bros. Records. The album features 34 songs spanning Madonna's career in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s since signing up with the label in 1982. Critics also found it "difficult to listen to" due to its awkward and brash production in some songs. However, retrospective reviews of the album have been much more positive, particularly noting its lyrical depth. The album was creatively influenced by her expatriate life in Lisbon, Portugal, after relocating there in summer 2017. Who's That Girl is the first soundtrack album by American singer and songwriter Madonna. It was released on July 20, 1987, in the UK and on July 21, 1987, in the US by Sire Records to promote the film of the same name. It also contains songs by her label mates Scritti Politti, Duncan Faure, Club Nouveau, Coati Mundi and Michael Davidson. The soundtrack is credited as a Madonna album, despite her only performing four of the nine tracks on the album. After the commercial success of the film Desperately Seeking Susan (1985), in which she co-starred, Madonna wanted to act in another comedy film titled Slammer, about a woman named Nikki Finn who was falsely accused of homicide. However, due to the critical and commercial failure of her adventure film Shanghai Surprise (1986), Warner Bros. was initially reluctant to greenlight the project but later agreed.

Пятому студийнику Motorhead было суждено стать последним релизом "классического" состава группы. Гитарист Эдди Кларк расстался с коллективом вскоре после выхода пластинки. Не последнюю роль в ухудшении отношений с Лемми и Филом сыграл тот факт, что Эдди сам вызвался продюсеровать Iron Fist. Какие только уголки планеты не объездили эти американские воины честного и бескомпромиссного метала! Но в итоге, всё равно надо было отправляться в студию и творить, творить… И сотворили! Да что!!! Я как-то отмечал уже, что Manowar относятся к числу групп, у которых просто нет плохих альбомов. Ну нет, и всё! Да, есть небольшие недоработки, сыроватости на ранних альбомах, но они настолько незначительны и теряются среди прочего великолепия, что приходишь к вышеуказанному выводу. Исключением не стал и последний шедевр, который называется очень скромно, но со вкусом – "Воины Мира". Ни больше, ни меньше. С первых аккордов чувствуется - потяжелел Мановар! Адамс, и так обладающий не детским голоском, запел жёстче, чётче и перестал путешествовать по разным октавам. Начало – "Call to Arms" - призыв, гимн, "Fight for Freedom" – опять гимн, очень эпический, а оперная ария "Nessun Dorma" просто потрясла в хорошем смысле этого слова и заставила ещё больше уважать воинов. А балладно-гимновая "Swords in the Wind" настолько поднимает дух, что хочется схватить какой-нибудь меч, или, на худой конец, дубину (сойдёт и швабра…стальная) и... И самое главное, что воспевают в своих песнях Мановар честную мужскую борьбу лицом к лицу, сталь о сталь. А сидеть в кустах или яме и нажимать кнопку или курок – это не показатель мужества. Но наш прогрессивный мир не изменить.

"Nattväsen" - прямой наследник "Vargstenen" 2007 года. То же высокое качество исполнения, профессиональный подход во всём. Правильная продолжительность песен и альбома, несколько акустических вставок, запоминающиеся припевы (особенно удачный, можно даже сказать, "хитовый" в песне "Nattsjäl, Drömsjäl") и скрипка всенепременно - вот он, фирменный почерк Månegarm. Альбом, в целом, малость полегче стал, здесь свою роль, конечно, сыграло исчезновение элементов блэка. Композиции, в большинстве своём, среднетемповые, что, как мне кажется, более всего подходит к данному стилю музыки. Тем не менее, лучшей песней хочется назвать "Vetrarmegin" с быстрой скрипкой, да и внезапные вспышки в "I den Svartaste Jord" смотрятся очень уместно.

Второй альбом немецких пауэрщиков «Temple Of Two Suns» закрепил их статус на металл сцене и развил тенденции, которые уже были начаты на дебютной работе «Savage Land». Как и ранее, за качество записи отвечал Саша Паэт (Heavens Gate, Angra), но на этот раз кажется, ребята набрались опыта и состряпали более мощное, драйвовое и плотное музыкальное полотно. Что сразу бросаться в глаза, так это более смягчённый и менее высокий вокал Клауса Диркса, а также барабаны и гитары, которые, кажется, стали более жёстче, и более-менее приличные хоры в припевах, хоть и до идеала им ещё далеко, но всё же.

Так на свет появился первый полноформатный альбом, "Isolate". Вышел он 26 июля 2015 года и получил неплохие отзывы, быстро принеся группе относительную известность, в результате чего в конце февраля следующего года его на физическом носителе издал известный итальянский лейбл Avantgarde Music. Критики отмечали мелодичное и эпичное звучание, отлично отображавшее атмосферу ледяных космических просторов. А в качестве обложки была использована фотография туманности "Конская голова", сделанная NASA. В дальнейшем использование фотографий космоса в качестве обложек альбомов стало традицией группы.
