For the past two years, Nils Frahm has been building a brand new studio in Berlin to make his 7th studio album titled All Melody, which will be released on January 26th, 2018 via Erased Tapes, before Nils embarks on his first world tour since 2015.

Neil Young has once again teamed up with his backing band the Promise of the Real (which features Willie Nelson’s son Lukas). Their new album is called The Visitor, and it’s out December 1 via Reprise. It features a new song called “Already Great.” Neil and Promise of the Real worked together on the 2016 album EARTH and the political 2015 album The Monsanto Years. Earlier this year, Young and Promise of the Real also released a one-off single called “Children of Destiny.” The song preached an anti-Trump message: “Stand up for what you believe/Resist the powers that be.”

Legendary rocker Neil Young has shared details of an upcoming new album EARTH which will be released by Reprise Records on June 17. The album features a collection of live recordings of songs from throughout Young’s career, taped during last year’s Rebel Content Tour with Promise Of The Real.

Her latest release is focused on French music, including chanson standards, several songs written by Michel Legrand and the beautiful title track by Jerome Kern. The musical atmosphere of French jazz is enhanced by Jacob Fisher's acoustic guitar and Gil Goldstein's accordion. With John Di Martino on piano and Tim Horner on drums, the musicianship is top-notch and the arrangements are sophisticated and very nice. Of course, the star of the show is Nicki, who plays bass and sings beautifully in both English and French.
