Но, признаться, настолько кардинальной смены стиля я не ожидал. Тут не то что от «Dictius Te Necare», даже и от «S.U.I.Z.I.D» почти ничего не осталось. Полноценным металом это не назовешь, но, конечно, это и никакой не «dark industrial» тоже. Так, в основе своей, довольно спокойная рок-музыка с на редкость чувственным и на удивление профессиональным чистым вокалом. С товарищем за микрофонной стойкой Юрген Бартч определенно попал в десятку, так как более подходящего певца (именно певца!)о ожидать от Bethlehem банального эмоционального рока, которым нас во всю пичкает Anathema на последних альбомах? Да нет же! Помимо него здесь присутствует настоящий винегрет из жанров. Тут, на протяжении сорока семи минут звучания альбома , вы услышите и раммштайноподобный метал-индастриал, и дум-металические кусочки, и слабые намеки на творчество недалекого «темного» прошлого в песне «Maschinensohn», и даже чуть ли не панк-рок, нойз и трип-хоп. Ну, как мы знаем, во времена выпуска этого диска в экспериментаторство и облегчение саунда ударились почти все именитые банды.

MoRT – это одна из крайних форм существования заблудившегося блэк-метала, авангардные приемы, опробованные на уже привычном индустриальном материале. Ужасы урбанизации и абсурдность бытия изображает Vindsval в этой ломаной музыке. Воздух отравлен, предметы окружающего мира теряют форму и становятся мягкими, почва ходит под ногами, небо прижимает к земле.
