Too Dark Park is the sixth studio album by the industrial music group Skinny Puppy. The album cover features the debut appearance of the band's "SP" logo. The cover art was created by Vancouver based artist Jim Cummins. The artwork for this album and its associated singles was inspired by cosmic horror stories such as the Cthulhu Mythos. The album was recorded "spontaneously" at Mushroom Studios and mixed at Little Mountain Sound Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Конечно, с точки зрения неких запоминающихся, общепризнанных хитов у Sepultura были альбомы намного сильнее. Но на "Against" взамен есть некая музыкальная общность, мелодически перекликаюшиеся и дополняющие друг друга фрагменты из совершенно разных песен. Амбициозно, стилистически разнопланово, с обилием гостей... Это, если хотите, эдакая рок-опера. Ну или анти-рок-опера, учитывая отсутствие пафоса и несколько "упоротую" общую атмосферу.

Великолепный альбом. Хоть открыл его для себя уже давно, но до сих пор не устаю восхищаться его мрачной красотой. По стилю данное творение представляет собой атмосферный блэк с ярко выраженной готическо-думовой атмосферой. Буквально с первых аккордов вас охватывает чувство неизбежной печали, которое погружает слушателя в особое состояние души, которое содержит крайне умиротворенно-созерцательное начало. То есть диск слушается на одном дыхании, так как благодаря его гениальной атмосфере забываешь, что жизнь идет своим чередом, потому что возникает ощущение полнейшего полета в ночном мраке по бесконечным лесам холодного севера.
