Suzanne Nadine Vega (born July 11, 1959) is an American songwriter and singer known for her eclectic folk-inspired music.
Two of Vega's songs (both from her second album Solitude Standing, 1987) reached the top 10 of various international chart listings: "Luka" and "Tom's Diner". The latter was originally an a cappella version on Vega's album, which was then remade in 1990 as a dance track produced by the British dance production team DNA.

Overloaded: The Singles Collection is the first greatest hits album of British girl group Sugababes. It was released on 10 November 2006—almost one year following the departure of founding member Mutya Buena and the introduction of her replacement, Amelle Berrabah. Overloaded features twelve of the group's singles, four of which reached number one in the UK. The Sugababes collaborated with members from Orson to produce two new tracks for the album, "Easy" and "Good to Be Gone". Overloaded received positive reviews from critics, who generally praised it as a reflection of the group's success.

Angels with Dirty Faces is the second studio album by English girl group Sugababes. It was released by Island Records in the UK on 26 August 2002, and in most European territories by September 2002. The album marked the band's debut on the Island label, following their split with London Records in 2001, and was their first regular release to be recorded under the second line-up, including new member Heidi Range, who replaced founding member Siobhán Donaghy.

В общем, первое впечатление было двоякое: с одной стороны – банальное "повторение пройденного", с другой стороны – техничный, красивый power metal опус, который с удовольствием слушаешь снова и снова. Можно отметить несколько вещей. Самая первая, "Eagleheart" – среднетемповая композиция, торжественно-заводная, оставила ощущение этакого "дежа вю" ("где-то-я-уже-это-слышал"... Где? Да ведь "Hunting High And Low" же!!!) Красивая и оригинальная "Fantasia", классический Stratovarius-"быстрячок" "Learning To Fly" – все эти песни укрепили положительное, в общем-то, впечатление от альбома. А вот инструменталка – "Stratofortress" – оказалась скучноватой. Следующие за ней первые секунды восьмого трека... ух, я тоже круто испугался. Нет, господа, это не дописка в виде Nightwish. Это заглавная композиция – "Elements". Ей пять баллов за красоту и эмоциональность. А всему диску – четверка (можно с плюсом или с минусом, но это уж кому как...) К прослушиванию рекомендуется всем поклонникам "самовариуса" и хорошего пауэр-металла.

Stomu Yamashta - is a Japanese percussionist, keyboardist and composer. He is best known for pioneering and popularising a fusion of traditional Japanese percussive music with Western progressive rock music in the 1960s and 1970s.
In the latter part of the 1970s, he led the supergroup "Go" with Steve Winwood, Al Di Meola, Klaus Schulze, and Michael Shrieve.

The Infinite Steve Vai: An Anthology is Steve Vai's compilation album that was released in 2003 (see 2003 in music). This two-disc compilation spans Vai's entire solo career, featuring the best tracks from most of his albums including Fire Garden, Passion and Warfare, Alien Love Secrets and The Ultra Zone. One song is even included from his Whitesnake days ("Kittens Got Claws") and one from his Alcatrazz days ("Lighter Shade of Green"). The songs on the album do not appear chronologically relative to Vai's career.

Passion and Warfare is the second studio album by guitarist Steve Vai, released in September 1990 through Relativity and Epic Records. It has been certified Gold by the RIAA. It was written based on a series of dream sequences that Vai had when he was younger, and in the guitar music book of the album, Vai sums it up as "Jimi Hendrix meets Jesus Christ at a party that Ben Hur threw for Mel Blanc". It was all recorded in The Mothership studio at his home in the Hollywood Hills, a 1,600-square-foot (150 m2) building in which his guitar parts for Whitesnake's 1989 album Slip of the Tongue were also recorded. As such, Whitesnake frontman David Coverdale has small spoken parts on Passion and Warfare.
