The Master is an album by saxophonist Stan Getz which was recorded in 1975 but not released on the Columbia label until 1982.

While the remaining songs have all been circulated as part of ‘bonus’ special edition Japanese releases, which I know collectors and fans alike have tracked down individually, it’s nice now to see them all bundled neatly in one package. With songs spanning through bonus editions of 2005’s ‘Stabbing the Drama’ up until last year’s ‘The Ride Majestic’, there are some true rarities here, with some tracks even being remixed and remastered for their own 2016 version to sit on this release. There are some standout classics on this CD, with tracks like “My Nerves, Your Everyday Tool”, and, “When Sound Collides” offering the frenetic melodic death metal that the fans clamor for, while “Sovereign”, “Sweet Demise” and“Resisting the Current” highlight the adaptability of the band in creating music which is catchy and accessible.This adaptability is the greatest hallmark of Soilwork, and is a true credit to their longevity and expansive appeal.

The first studio album for Shania in nearly 15 years, releases on September 29th. The new album offered as both a 16-track deluxe album, both feature Shania s current single, Life s About To Get Good, playing on country radio now. All songs on NOW were written solely by Shania, who also served as co-producer on the project. Shania worked with four producers across the 16 tracks including Matthew Koma, Ron Aniello (Bruce Springsteen, Gavin DeGraw), Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes) and Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Norah Jones).

This summer, Fat Possum will release Collection, a new compendium of Soccer Mommy songs.

Special EFX was founded by drummer and percussionist George Jinda and guitarist Chieli Minucci in 1982. The musical concept of the group changed from world fusion to contemporary jazz and smooth jazz. Body Language (1995) was the last album Jinda and Minucci recorded together. In 1997, Jinda had just completed the album Here to Stay, he suffered a massive stroke, from which he never recovered until he died in 2001. Chieli Minucci continues the project in memory of his former teammate with the 22nd Special EFX album Deep As The Night (2017), which will be released on the Trippin ‘N’ Rhythm record label. The new album features a cast of musicians, who are sharing Chieli's musical activities, like bassist Jerry Brooks, drummer Lionel Cordew, keyboardists Jay Rowe, Nicholas Cole and Lao Tizer, percussionist Mino Cinelu, violinist Antoine Silverman, saxophonists Elan Trotman and David Mann.
